Human Factors in Leadership

Post by Ryan » Wed Aug 05, 2015 12:26 am

A really good overview of some of the human factors that can be applied to any high duress, limited time environment including combat leadership. This doc compiles most of the human factors research I have read into something easily understandable and transferable to real-time patient care. Take a look!
CQB-TEAM Education and Motivation.

"Pragmatism over theory."
"Anyone with a weapon is just as deadly as the next person."
"Unopposed CQB is always a success, if you wanted you could moonwalk into the room holding a Pepsi."
