Hey Guys.

My statement is that with the right dosed training you are not that much faster with the safety catch off. Our doctrine states that no one leaves the safety off unless you have a target and are going to kill it. When you are in the shit and you are sweady, tired, perhaps you lack water you are not as sharp during exfil as you were during infil and cleaning. Be aware of that matter. There is a long way from standing in your traditional ranges, in a T-shirt and cap to the full monty in a combat zone.

You can also fall during the breach and make an fault shot and so on.

Kepp the safty catch on.

Great points. Often when we relate it to combat, it is as a topic - always on a knife-edge but those times we really derail thoughts is when situations turn south. Good thoughts, thanks Mike.
