Compromise

What types of compromise do you think there would be in a CQB incident, be it law or military...?

Noise, track (even for LE, a footprint in a lawn may give something away), visual, smell, light?

Hey Jack, if compromised does the Immediate Action plan kick in? And say a 2-4 (two questions, 2 and 4) recon team are caught out, do they assault the building and begin the initial step?

Question is way too broad, a lot more context would help.

You are conducting a recon mission to thereby set-up a deliberate action plan, you already have an immediate action plan - would this plan involve compromise upon recon'ing an objective?

Therefore Jack, in cases you have come across, does that normally involve going in the with a limited team or waiting it out until the rest can move in? Is the team therefore on stand-by as you conduct recon? Would a recon team actually assault the building?

I am assuming you are talking about a CT or LE type scenario?

If so then an assault team is always on stand by, ready to execute the IA plan when needed. I don't think a recon team would go in with the assault team since an IA normally won't have the recon team in the consideration of the plan so it's best not to throw a spanner in the works so to speak. Adding to the last point it would likely be unecessary for a recon team to have to join the assault since the assault team should have enough operators to clear the building, but it doesn't always work out that way obviously.

However if you were asking about a military type scenario (i.e: a raid by an infantry unit) then things are slightly different.
