Its a training tool, not less lethal weapon. you can adjust level of shocking, 9V battery, pretty scary as you noticed :)

This is a dangerous weapon in the hands of a trained individual. But for beginners, you might hesitate for a split second as you consider how you're going to use it.

On that note, I love the simplicity of a Yawara stick. You can even use it as a keychain, ready for action when needed.

This is a dangerous weapon in the hands of a trained individual. But for beginners, you might hesitate for a split second as you consider how you're going to use it.

I can see the appeal. Personally, I carry a 6 inch kubotan on my key chain. I've taught it's use for years. VERY effective.
