Re: Onward
Looks a lot like ARMA, Bohemia interactive does have some professional military training software in it's range.
Whats new about this one?

Re: Onward
Well, it's kinda-sorta ArmA, but in virtual reality, it's also much smoother than the Bohemia Interactive game.(anyone who ever tried to do CQB in it knows that it's a PITA)

Re: Onward
How smooth a simulation runs seems as much affected by your system, and its settings.
Re: Onward
Partially yes, but it is a known fact that Bohemia Interactive did a shit job on optimizing any of the ArmA games, and the CQB is really sloppy. Getting stuck in a doorway is something that always happens in ArmA. Always.

Re: Onward
No one can do it better then whoever created this reality, but if you play arma2 at 60fps there are only some glitches and bugs, but its pretty smooth.
Our military uses some form of Bohemia's OF, but that's mostly to learn vehicle crew members and/or commanders to communicate more efficiently, per vehicle or larger units.

Ground Branch. Take ArmA, add a lot more smoothness to the CQB, remove 3rd person and you get Ground Branch. Plus, the weapon and gear customization is fucking mindblowing.
