The Daniel Shaver Case

The video on this one astounded me. He followed instructions for the most part—to me it looked like when he was crawling, he went to pull at his pants. Multiple shots, excessive. One after the other without verification of threat, excessive. In my opinion it was open and closed murder.

Yup. Brailsford screwed the pooch there. I'm wondering how much time he had in LE besides his 2 years with that department...? He seemed wound a bit tight.
If you have `cleared' all the rooms and met no resistance, you and your entry team have probably kicked in the door of the wrong house.
