I mean it still looks rather amateur and I spot a thousand mistakes but they're trained.

Any training is a bad thing if they condition the opposition. With conditioning I mean prepare them for the chaotic situations CQB(or combat in general) like live fire, distraction devices and assault or being assaulted.

Any other element of training might be a benefit, as long as they are wrong or false or misleading and generating a false scene of security, whatever they are doing.
