I only read the article you linked, not the entire blog.
Good to see is the difference between ROE between LEO's and Mil/SF tactics. People often write from their perspective, and don't notice, of write about the big difference in ROE's and... Just job instructions.
I notice so many people writing as if SWAT is the same as SF units, without the difference in purpose.
Law enforcement always has preventing deaths as primary objective, while SF units have a totally different and mostly material or strategic objectives.
