This guy is just dead on. So often, even experienced professionals build up bad shooting habits. Watch this video and reinforce the basics of good shooting.

I agree, wholeheartedly. Fundamentals practiced over and over until they're second nature can be applied in any fashion. That's all "advanced techniques" are.
