To counter the Russian stuff Dramatikk posted,

I'd like to see his prone version of this. Similar to the Russian versions, most probably.

Wall drills.

"trick he learned in the army, use a pencil in your barrel and stand about an inch away from a target, much better than just staring at a spot on the wall, your pencil marks will be low, but as long as they are in a tight group, you are keeping a good sight picture."

Plenty of movement, use of cover, ducking and peeking while reloading, clearing jams, is seen in his videos.

Compass drill.

HSA drill. Looks good if you fumble at a doorway and the enemy tries lunging at you, if they grab your weapon you can bash their hands against the doorjamb doing it, like a normal contact drill - using an offensive action instead of defensive but if they don't keep coming back until you are safe to engage. Cool!

Shotgun drills, speed reloads.

Guard drills. Most of the others I have seen suggest having the knees closer to the ground to allow for a better range of movement, visual field and less shoot yourself risk.
