Wow. Dangerous.
Have backup when attempted. Never charge ahead trying to keep up with the subject other than to keep them in sight. Realize that desperation is going to kick in after 10-15 seconds when the subject realizes that you're still behind them. Be prepared to take evasive action. Don't "tunnel" in. Note what direction you're heading in, use your radio and give updates.
If you have `cleared' all the rooms and met no resistance, you and your entry team have probably kicked in the door of the wrong house.
