What is "Disorder CQB"?

Post by Ryan » Wed Jul 15, 2015 6:42 pm

I've seen it listed on a few instructor profiles.
CQB-TEAM Education and Motivation.

"Pragmatism over theory."
"Anyone with a weapon is just as deadly as the next person."
"Unopposed CQB is always a success, if you wanted you could moonwalk into the room holding a Pepsi."

Never heard of it, I'm hoping it's not another buzzword of the tactical world.

Well seeing as only one tactical company are hosting the word, I think so.

But it's a funny old word, it makes me think of "chaotic". It makes me think it's a buzz for "when CQB goes wrong".

I read one of the bios and I think it might mean "wartime" CQB (think Fallujah 2004). Still think it's another buzzword though.

I can only imagine "Very Well Organized CQB" on a resume with a picture of gentlemen in top hats casually walking into a room. Disorder CQB, what a funny name... shit must've gone bad!

Hmmmm... If any of the other staff/mods truly wants to go down that dark rabbit-hole, I'll send you some links. Otherwise, I'm gonna bow out of this discussion. 8)
