I am 28yoa, Prior US Navy with 4 years on a ship's point defense team; in Law Enforcement for nearly 5 years (2 in corrections, 3 in street patrol). My goal is to become a SWAT operator. I am eager to learn all that I can about CQB, so I can be even more effective on patrol and as an aspiring SWAT operator. I think the most dangerous warrior is also usually the most educated in tactics.

I'm 16, live in canada though I have different origins.I love to study and learn CQC or cqb cause I have done many years of martial arts that I enjoy to do.What really got me into CQB and martial arts was a video of S.A.S training and decided that I wanted to train with SF,test my limits and maybe become one! What I'm not interested is in firearms for many simple reason.
Hobbies:lots of things, but I love martial arts, any kind of adventurous activities or out in the great nature.Excercise and gym(i'm too young to go for now) and athletism!

I'm 30 years old, veteran of the US army of 2 tours(Iraq and Afghanistan). Changed MOS 2 times from 63S to 37F). My tour in AF(as 37F) was prob the most intense as we worked with many ODA's, OGA's, and contractors along with local national "special units". Took several urban combat and CQM/CQB course both military and civilian. I fell in love with the intesity, speed and team building as a result of it. Now I'm the founder of a MILSIM and scenario paintball team and really want to take our members to a level most wouldn't ever achieve.
As mentioned before, thank you for providing this sight as a useful place to exchange CQB training ideas. I am prior service, Army, and I now own and run CQB City in Stockton CA, that though it is known by many as an Airsoft Arena on the weekends (our slogan is "Come play where the professionals train!), our primary mission is Law Enforcement Training Monday thru Friday. Though we conduct classes from Tactical Pistol to SWAT Team training to PSD courses, we can always gain from the experience many of you bring to this forum. Glad to be aboard.

Hey All
Hey all,
I'm in my 40s and retired from the full time service last year. I'm currently a reservist with many young soldiers looking to me for guidance and training. I would like to use this site for networking and a place that I can turn to for a one stop shop for info on CQB. I look forward to all this site has to offer. Thanks for reading me.

Greetings
Hello there. I work for the Federal Bureau of Prisons and member of DCT (Disturbance Control Team). Here on CQB to read and learn as much as I can.
My name is Tom. 41 yo. I am a police officer who currently serves as midnight patrol supervisor. I have served my dept. as a patrolman, a sergeant and now as a lieutenant. In the course of my career I have worked as a road officer, a SWAT assaulter and in warrant service.
I was also an Army MP for 9years before entering civilian service. I found this site through a linkback to my blog. I look forward to some interesting discussions.
