risk adverse mentality
being in the army i have seen this issue over and over again and i assumed that it was only happening in the army,but police department or any other public service are going thru the same thing. this mentality is effecting good leadership effectiveness and result are either mediocre or non-existent....

rigger belt
using a rigger belt is also pretty good for safety when climbing 2 or 3 story buildings or when a person is casualty you throw a rope with harness clip to pull him or her out
